Session 1.  Optimizing your online presence. Tuesday, February 23rd, 11:00 a.m.-12:30 pm (light lunch provided after.)

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to build a professional online presence that you can leverage to build your network of contacts. You’ll learn how to properly use LinkedIn and Facebook as networking tools as well as tips for running a blog for your business and how that can help boost your online image.

Session 2.  Creating an effective Twitter strategy.  Tuesday, March 9th, 11:00 a.m.-12:30 pm (light lunch provided after.)

This workshop walks you through crafting an effective Twitter strategy including: what to tweet, how often to tweet and several of the different applications you can use to get the most out of Twitter.  In addition to marketing, we’ll also walk through case studies of how companies are using twitter for customer service and research.

This workshop looks at how companies and brands are using Facebook as a marketing tool, and how you can build an effective Facebook page that engages customers and clients.
